Skout Media & Design strives to provide high-quality web design, development, and maintenance services. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations regarding payments.
1. Web Design and Development Services
All payments made for web design and development services are final and non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to deposits, milestone payments, and final project payments.
If a client decides to discontinue their collaboration with Skout Media & Design for a web design or development project, the following conditions apply:
- If work has already been completed as defined by your contract and outlined in your Scope of Work, that work must be paid for. If work has not been completed, no payment will be required.
- No refunds will be issued for any payments already made or for any work already completed.
2. Site Maintenance Plans
Payments for site maintenance plans are final and non-refundable. If a client chooses to cancel their maintenance plan:
- The plan will continue to be active until the end of the current billing cycle.
- No refunds will be provided for the remaining billing cycle duration, regardless of the date of cancellation.
3. Exceptions
This refund policy is strictly enforced, and exceptions will not be made unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.
