We’re going to work together to create an online presence for Operation Sacred Promise where:
you can share stories of your impact and the passion you have for the mission.
- like-minded partners like service providers, news outlets, and individuals can connect with you.
- donors can read stories of impact and join the cause through their giving.
YOUR NEW SITE
Based on our conversation, our team has identified key components that will benefit you the most. You are welcome to decline any of these components if you do not wish to include them.
Your site’s roadmap will lead to contact forms and donation buttons. We’ll utilize call-to-action boxes to drive engagement and map your site design around studied and proven donor psychology.
You’ll need good headshots of your team, action shots of you at work, and a summary of your organization’s overarching success story. Showcasing lasting and meaningful impact (effective altruism) will be vital.
Highlighting what you do clearly, the people you serve, and the solution you provide will attract the partners and donors you’re looking for.
You’re in good hands. We go the extra mile to incorporate responsive design into all our work, even this proposal. That means it’ll look great on a computer, tablet, or phone.
Stories of Impact
As soon as you are able to share stories, I would encourage you to do so. We will dedicate an entire page of your site to sharing stories of impact. Highlighting stories of life change will serve you best.
Call to Action
Strategic placement of a contact form at the bottom of each page will drive partners to your inbox. We’ll also link call to action buttons on every page to drive people to the contact form.
Strategic placement of giving buttons on each page will drive leads to become donors. We’ll also link call to action buttons on every page to drive people to give.
Step 1 | Design Interview
We’re going to set you up with one of our brand consultants that we keep on retainer to help organizations like you define your visual brand. They will get to the bottom of who you are and what you’re about. What problems you solve and the value you bring to those you serve and your donors. Once we have a solid grasp of your company’s identity, we’ll be set up for success to create a web design that portrays your unique value and resonates with the people you want to partner with.
We’ll also take inspiration from the three example sites you provide once you do so.
Step 2 | Design Presentation
We will share our initial design concept with you and tweak it until approved. We usually do this by showing you a quick mock-up of your homepage.
Step 3 | Website Construction
Now that we have the design locked-in, we’ll build your site. Once you approve the design presentation and send us all the photos you think we can use, we’ll begin construction.
From start to finish, it usually takes between 4-7 weeks to get a new site live.
STEP 4 | PRESENTATION & REVISIONS
Once the first draft is complete, we’ll present the site to you and highlight the various components. We include two rounds of revisions in our pricing.
STEP 5 | LAUNCH
We’ll do a full site audit to ensure links are correct, forms go to the proper emails, nothing is out of place, and we fully optimize all content to ensure the site loads faster than Google standards.
We’ll launch on a Friday to give us the chance to get any issues ironed out over the weekend.
You can sleep easy knowing we’ll be on-call over your launch week to ensure everything goes according to plan and will provide support for 30 days following launch. If you want us to be on call beyond 30 days, check out our site management plan.
